Precicast understands that its actions matter in the environment in which it operates and that our role as an organization goes far beyond boosting the region's economy and generating jobs.

Our planet needs to be cared for, and nowadays just stopping our externalities is no longer enough.

We need to regenerate, replenish, and be agents of change, awareness, and care and, for this reason, our actions are guided by the principles of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance).

As a sustainable business for all its stakeholders, PRECICAST BR's purpose is to create actions to protect the environment, promote social equity, and ensure that our processes are transparent and based on ethics.

PRECICAST Br honors its commitment to society and the environment. For this reason, it respects all social processes and agents that promote the development of a sustainable future.

The company respects the principles based on the recommendations set out in the Declaration of the Rights of the Child; Human Rights; ILO Conventions — International Labor Organization; UN Convention — United Nations Organization; and the legislation in force in Brazil, respecting its labor conventions and agreements. Among the regulations observed, the following points stand out:

- No use of child labor, except as an apprentice (ILO Convention No. 138);

- No use of forced labor of any kind (ILO Convention No. 29);

- Continuous establishment of a safe and healthy environment for its employees;

- No negative discrimination or harassment of any kind (ILO Convention No. 111);

- No use of disciplinary practices involving any kind of corporal or mental punishment or verbal abuse;

- Respecting working hours that are compatible with legal requirements ( ILO Convention No. 14 );

- Paying employees adequately and sufficiently for their basic needs ( ILO Convention No. 131 );

- Right to collective bargaining ( ILO Convention No. 98 );

- Freedom of association ( ILO Convention No. 87 );
